“Arvand Symphony Poem” was unveiled / A musical description of the martyrdom of martyred divers

According to the music correspondent of Fars News Agency, today, Wednesday, the 12th of November, the symphonic poem “Arvand”, a joint product of the Music Office of the Radio and Television Organization and the Music Center of the Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality, was unveiled in Kosar Hall.

“Arvand” composed by Amir Hossein Samiei in the form of 5 pieces, provides a musical image of the lives of warriors and divers during the holy defense.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mustafa Mohaddesi Khorasani, the poet of the project, explained about the creation of “Arvand Symphony Poem” and said: Arvand was one of the centers of gravity and the connection point of many glories of the holy defense epic and had a special position in all its dimensions. The landscape is expressed in the language of poetry and music as part of these greatnesses. In this way, the idea of ​​producing this musical work came to the mind of Amir Hossein Samiei, and after poems were produced in this framework, the work continued.

When the story was discussed with the Foundation for the Preservation of Relics and the Publication of the Values ​​of Sacred Defense, we started working and with the support of the Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization, the Museum of Sacred Defense and the Music Center of the Arts, the project reached the music and anthem office of the Sound Organization. And Sima completed it.

After the words and explanations of Mohaddesi Khorasani, the poet of the work, Amir Hossein Samiei, director of music of Tehran Municipality Cultural Organization, creator and composer of “Arvand Symphony Poem”, explained about the production process of this work as follows: I was proud that at that time we were sent to war zones with a number of artists and writers. The first area we went to was Arvand and what should have happened happened! That’s when I started writing Arvand Symphony Poem. I hope this work can narrate a small part of the bravery of the warriors of Islam and the epic of the martyrs of the divers in the Arvand River. I dare say that the various organizations that came together in a collaborative effort all worked hand in hand to create a work with a zero budget, which I refer to as a cultural vow.

He added: “In this way, institutions such as the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality, the Foundation for the Preservation of Relics and Publication of Sacred Defense Values, the Art Center of the Islamic Propaganda Organization, the Museum of Sacred Defense and finally the Music and Anthem Office of the Radio and Television were our best companions.” Heartfelt cooperation without financial support after the production of “Soldier Symphony Poem” with the theme of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani made us achieve such an achievement today.

The creator of “Arvand Symphony Poem”, who created this work by mentioning emotional memories and affected by it, shed tears for himself and the audience by narrating the feelings and mood of a martyred mother who is still looking for his lost visit, and described it in his story as follows: : The day I went to Arvand, I saw an old lady walking limp along the turbulent river. When I looked carefully, I felt as if she was looking for something lost. I thought to myself, maybe he has left or lost a quality or a tool. To help him, I asked him what his mother was looking for. This encounter and this mood changed me and the course of my life with this story and then the creation of “Arvand Symphony Poem” completely changed.

After the explanations of Samiei, the creator of “Arvand Symphony Poem”, Mohammad Mehdi Naraghian, director of the Music and Anthem Office of the Radio and Television Organization, referring to the empathy in creating this valuable musical work, said: Are active in the field of music. Collections that are close in terms of taste and look, and this closeness and companionship caused us to face many blessings, part of which led to a very valuable production that we all hope we can benefit from these works. The symphonic poem “Arvand” is the result of the efforts of all our friends in various fields of music of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has been presented to the audience after the “Soldier” project with the theme of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani.

Expressing future plans in creating works of this kind that complement the concepts of the revolutionary movement, he added: “We have decided to continue the production of the symphonic poem” Bahman “after this project and then the symphonic poem” Emergence “, which presents four chapters of the Islamic movement in Let’s be the Islamic Republic of Iran with the language of music. The Symphony Orchestra of the Radio and Television Organization had a very long history, but for some reason it was abandoned, but with the help of the conductor and the musicians of this group, it came out of that situation and tried to form a first collection for the audience and music lovers. Today, after a long time away from the live performance scenes, thanks to the names of the martyrs and the “Arvand” symphony poem, the conditions were provided for the symphony orchestra of the Radio and Television Organization to have a live performance. Just as we produced the “Soldier” symphony last year, we received help from Haj Qasem, and today, thanks to the presence of the dear martyrs and the efforts of all my loved ones, we are witnessing the unveiling of the “Arvand” symphony poem.

Hojjatoleslam Meysam Amroudi, the head of Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization, while appreciating the factors of “Arvand” and commemorating the student martyrs on the eve of 13 Aban, said: “The arrival of 13 Aban means remembering the great blessings of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.” It has happened and today, along with these sacrifices and sacrifices, in the same story of the naval authority of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, we see how many blessings have arisen in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Hamid Shahabadi, Deputy Director of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization, after the unveiling of the “Arvand Symphony Poem” poster, accompanied by other invited officials, said: Unfortunately, we are far from what we want in most music activities. Music is like a double-edged sword that can be just as useful and life-saving, it can be just as harmful and cause a lot of pollution to our minds and thoughts, a situation that our enemies today have invested heavily in this capacity and Unfortunately, in many cases, they have achieved success. Therefore, our determination must be to make proper use of this enormous capacity and the glorious and valuable component. In this context, if the Music Office of the Radio and Television Organization, along with other groups involved in this project, has taken valuable steps, it should be taken as a omen, which I hope will continue. Today, we see that several institutions are all working together to complete an important project that is gratifying, but on the other hand, it is unfortunate why a project has to be produced with so much difficulty. A project that has allowed artists to create a moment with music that incorporates valuable spiritual dimensions.

Referring to the concerns of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution in the field of culture and art in the national media, he emphasized: “All that was mentioned is drawing an effective and appropriate perspective for music.” To know what vision we have in music that can fulfill the orders of the revolutionary leader of the society. Music that, according to his orders, can be a platform to fight sedition. In my opinion, music as a complement to the recent success of Rashid forces of the Revolutionary Guards can be considered a very important cultural capacity and lead to the production of various musical works in this field, which express the authority and pride of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Emphasizing the issue of publishing in the field of music and the obstacles and problems of this issue, the deputy director of Sima stated: “Unfortunately, part of our vacuum for spreading good music is the issue of publishing.” If we want to be effective, we must also have the right and effective activities in the field of managing the proper publication of musical works.
