10 tourism and ecotourism projects were approved by the Ilam Technical Committee

According to Moj Ilam news agency, Farzad Sharifi stated: The technical investment committee was held today in the presence of the committee members in the meeting hall of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of the province.

The head of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of Ilam added: “In this meeting, with the request to create 10 tourism and ecotourism projects according to the needs of the province and having the potential of the areas to implement these projects, including the construction of two ecotourism accommodation units and two traditional dining halls.” Six tourism complexes in the cities of Ilam, Darhshahr, Ivan, Mehran and Chavar agreed to invest 850 billion rials and forecast employment of 68 people.

He said: “According to the approach of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the province in the sustainable development of tourism, launching tourism facilities with the aim of strengthening accommodation and hospitality infrastructure, job creation, revival of culture, local customs, economic prosperity of local communities and tourists With lesser-known historical and natural attractions, creating such projects in high-potential areas is a priority.
