He said that since the beginning of 12 o’clock, more than 10,000 people have managed to register in the price system, adding: “Applicants should not rush to register at all, because there is an opportunity to register within the next month.”
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated: The rush to register in this project will slow down the entry to the site. One month after completing the registration process for applicants, the filtering of applicants’ information will begin.
Single women can also register in the system
Mahmoudzadeh, stating that we have considered an exception for the registration of singles, said: Single women over 35 years of age who are self-employed can also register in the system. Individuals and singles with mental and physical disabilities who are covered by the Welfare Organization and are over 20 years old, and we have also proposed new conditions for the scientific elite, all of which are listed on the top page of the site.
Mahmoudzadeh stated: For all the people who have registered in the previous support plans and the project is underway, any advantage that exists is included in the previous plans and there is no difference between people using the benefits of this plan and previous plans.
He stressed: “After the issuance of a building permit, it will take between 18 months and two years to build these units, but this is subject to the completion of the application by the applicants on the due date.”

Mahmoudzadeh, regarding the deadline for registration in the National Real Estate and Housing System, said: “According to the previous schedule, the deadline for registration of heads of households in the National Real Estate and Housing System was set at the end of October.” A few weeks ago, we had a correspondence with the Secretariat of the Headquarters of the Armed Forces (the Supreme Headquarters for Economic Coordination of the Armed Forces) to extend this deadline. Because the situation requires that this action be done with a longer deadline, and in this regard, we are waiting for the result.
