According to IRNA, the camps of the Iranian men’s national karate team are being held to participate in the UAE and Asian World Championships in Kazakhstan.
Earlier this week, the head coach of the national karate team, Shahram Heravi, announced the postponement of the national team qualifiers due to coronary conditions.
Accordingly, today (Monday) it was announced that Mehdizadeh, the proud world karate champion, as well as Baban, were infected with corona and went to quarantine.
The World Championships will be held in the UAE from November 16 to 20, and the Asian Games will be held in Kazakhstan from December 19 to December 1.
