3 International Presences for “Dying in Pure Water”
Navid Mahmoudi’s film “Dying in Pure Water” will be screened at three international festivals.
Theater News Base: “Dying in Pure Water”, written and directed by Navid Mahmoudi and produced by Jamshid Mahmoudi, will be screened at the Bastau Festivals in Almaty, Kazakhstan (ninth edition), the Golden Rooster (fortieth edition) in Fujian, China, and Stockholm, Sweden (twelfth edition).
“Dying in Pure Water”, the selected film of the Fajr Film Festival, has received a special “Kim Ji Seok” award at the Busan Film Festival.
The Mahmoudi Brothers romance tells the story of several young Afghan immigrants who intend to go to Europe.
