The condition for paying a 450 million mortgage

In other words, every real person can get a housing loan of 450 million Tomans. But on several conditions.

First, the loan applicant must have the land to build the house. Second, the land deed must be in the name of the loan applicant. The third condition is that the mortgage applicant must build more than two housing units in order to be considered a mass builder and be able to use the 450 million housing loan.

Of course, in order to get a 450 million housing loan, each person must build more than two housing units, which is considered mass-produced, but only one unit can register it in their name.

According to the decision of the Money and Credit Council, housing mortgage applicants will receive a 450 million toman mortgage in Tehran. The amount of this loan is 400 million Tomans for applicants in cities with a population of more than one million, 350 million Tomans in provincial centers and 300 million Tomans in other cities, as well as 250 million Tomans for rural housing.
