According to Tasnim news agency, Abdullah Weiss, who was in charge of Khyber Khorramabad football team in the first division league last season, became the leader of Khyber in the first division league again after being removed from the post of head coach of Khuzestan Steel at the end of the fourth week of the Premier League. The Khorramabadi club issued the following announcement in this regard:
“Khyber Khorramabad Club believes that despite the close distance of this team to the top of the table, the quality and technical load of this team is not commensurate with the tools available to the head coach and the investment made by the club. A point that has caused a wave of concern among the club’s fans and the continuation of this process may also waste the time needed to compensate.
Therefore, the esteemed board of directors of Khyber Khorramabad Club, thanking and appreciating the efforts of Mohsen Ashouri, the valuable football coach of our country, announces the termination of his cooperation with this coach. Accordingly, and considering the past cooperation experience with Abdullah Weiss, from now on, the technical responsibility of Khyber Khorramabad Club will be with him and he will be introduced as the head coach of the team. “Hope for better days for the proud Khyber Khorramabad team.”
