Airbus 350 emergency landing in South Korea

According to the reporter of the International Economy of Fars News Agency, citing Simple Flying, the Airbus 350-1000 plane with flight number 806 belonging to Qatar Airways had to make an emergency landing in South Korea due to a technical problem.

Suspecting a technical fault in the engine and oil leakage, the pilot of this plane decided to turn off both engines and then the plane landed at Incheon Airport in South Korea.

This flight was on the way from Doha to Tokyo, and on this route, 10 and a half hours, 120 km from Seoul, the capital of South Korea, one of its engines had a problem. Of course, after this emergency landing, its passengers were transferred to another plane and taken to Tokyo.

Oil leaks and technical defects in aircraft engines in general can bring serious risks to flights; This problem, along with the engine going out of circuit, can lead to smoke entering the cabin and causing problems in providing the air needed by the passengers.

Qatar Airways has 22 Airbus 1000-350 aircraft in its fleet.
