All museums in the country are closed on 6 June

According to the General Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, all museums under the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts throughout the country are closed on the occasion of the martyrdom of Imam Jafar Sadegh (AS) as every year.

Every year, museums across the country are closed on the days of the death of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), the martyrdom of Imam Ali (AS), Tasua and Ashura of Hosseini (AS), the martyrdom of Imam Jafar Sadegh (AS) and the death of Imam Khomeini (AS).
