Announcing the best works of the 9th Risk Management and Insurance Conference

Among the submitted articles, three articles “Explaining the role of knowledge-based economy components in the development of the insurance industry with the role of moderator of environmental dynamics” (Mehtab Tedin, Yasmin Ahmadian, Hamid Maleki, Elnaz Jahangirzadeh Sore), “Investigating the effect of strategic thinking on innovation and product development” new insurance (case of study: Pasargad Insurance Company)” (Hodiye Valizadeh, Mehran Hasankhani, Mohsen Hasankhani, Alireza Shams) and “Investigation of factors affecting the adoption of innovative capacities in order to increase the profitability of startups active in the insurance industry” (Zahra Aali Pour, Mohsen Rabbani Mosabi) were ranked first to third respectively in the classification of articles that could be presented.

Also, three articles “Evaluation of the effect of innovative approaches on the performance of the insurance industry with regard to the mediating role of risk management: a case study of Moalem Insurance Company of Urmia city” (Ebrahim Rostami Pham, Morteza Zahrabi), “The effect of knowledge-based economy components on the development of the insurance industry” ( Zahra Aalipour, Mohsen Rabbani Mosabi) and “The effect of some components of the insurance industry on the smartening and improvement of the business environment” (Nire Nazar, Mehrnoosh Saveh Darbandsari) were selected by the jury in the category of published articles.

He further presented four articles entitled “Consumer retention through phygital experience in omni-channel retailing with regard to the mediating role of customer empowerment and customer satisfaction and the moderating role of distrust” (Mojtabi Rahmani, Reza Yadgari), “Investigation of the role of blockchain on the industry Insurance: with the approach of reducing insurance fraud in the automobile sector” (Ali Rezavandi) and “The impact of innovation on the risk of the insurance industry’s reliance process with the partial least squares method” (Mojtabi Karimi, Azadeh Bahadur, Abdolreza Eisvand Heydari) and “Innovation in product insurance Agriculture with the approach of implementing distributed ledger technology” (Nire Nazar, Mehrnoosh Saveh Darbandsari) were also accepted as posters.
