Apple has released an emergency update to fix 15 iPhone vulnerabilities



The Daily Mail reported that Apple has asked users around the world to install the update immediately to maintain cyber security and privacy and save their phones from being hacked.

According to this newspaper, Apple urged all iPhone users to install the latest update for iOS 17.3 after discovering 15 security issues that may have already exposed some users’ information and made it accessible to hackers.

Daily Mail mentioned that the new update is called (iOS 17.3) and Apple released it a few days ago with many new features and bug fixes.

A new feature is also introduced in this update, which is to protect devices from thieves. In this way, if the phone is stolen, iPhone users can lock the phone from their user account.

In addition to the Mail Search and Safari vulnerabilities, flaws were also found in the WebKit engine on which the Safari browser runs, the newspaper said.
