Apple launches iPhone 13 family with headphones in France

Apple has just launched the iPhone 13 family in various markets, and like the previous generation, there are no headphones and chargers in the box, and we are only dealing with the phone itself. But the issue is different for France, and because of a law that protects children under the age of 14 from electromagnetic radiation, all members of the iPhone 13 series in the country with Headphones are sold.

Apple’s website in France confirms this, and you can see the release of EarPods with the latest iPhones. Of course, this is not the first time that the Cupertinos have been forced to do so, as the iPhone 12 family also has headphones in their box in this country.

It is interesting to know that the iPhone 13 comes in France with two boxes, one containing a phone and the other a white box containing an AirPad. As of October 2020, iPhones with headphones will no longer be available, which Apple has said is intended to help protect the environment.

The Cupertinos say many customers have switched to wireless AirPads and no longer need wired headphones in the box. Outside of France, all new Apple phones come with no chargers or headphones, and only the USB-C Lightning cable is included. Of course, the separate sale of the AirPad is still going on, and its price is $ 19.

Apple was fined $ 2 million in Brazil earlier this year for removing the adapter from the iPhone 12 case, and now the Brazilian Consumer Protection Agency, Procon-SP, is investigating the lack of a charger in the latest iPhones. With that in mind, the Cupertinoites may face a new fine in the next few months.
