Baneh’s passenger transport fleet is being modernized

According to IRNA, Ismail Rostampour said in a meeting with the director of the Omid Kurdistan Entrepreneurship Fund on Wednesday: “More cooperation and support for the youth and helping to modernize and improve the transport fleet are among the requests we have from the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund of the province.”

He added: “Most of the vehicles in the public transport fleet have reached the end of their useful life and need to be renovated to maintain the safety of passengers and people.”

The governor of Baneh added: “Given that most of our drivers do not have the financial means to renovate their cars, they want devices such as the Entrepreneurship Fund to support them.”

The director of Omid Kurdistan Entrepreneurship Fund also appreciated the good opinion and sympathy of the managers of Baneh city in this meeting and said: that Omid Entrepreneurship Fund of the province does not spare any effort in providing new and cheap services to the citizens.

Shahriar Rahmi added: the amount of deposit of the transport fleet in the fund will be paid to the nominees three times more than the balance of the facilities after more than three months.

It was agreed at the meeting that during a medium-term plan, with the fund’s share, they would be able to modernize Baneh’s passenger transport fleet, and the two sides stressed their role in signing a memorandum of cooperation to provide modernization resources for Baneh’s passenger transport fleet.
