Barmak: Golmohammadi has changed his behavior in Persepolis / Soldo does not understand the spirit of the Iranian player

In an interview with a sports reporter of Fars News Agency, Kourosh Barmak stated about the match between Persepolis and Traktor in the 13th week of the Premier League: Famous domestic and foreign players tried to build a talented and well-known team to leave, as we say, but it is not possible to build a star-studded and successful team for a year.

This player of the white years emphasized: Traktor is a rooted team and like the same team of Persepolis, 2-3 players should be added to this team every year. In a five-year process, 15 new players had to come to the team, but in recent years we have seen 10 to 15 players change each year. Eventually it got to the point where Traktor now has a lot of debts and various cases in FIFA. The same issues have destroyed the cohesion of the club’s management system.

He added: “Traktor started its work at the beginning of the season with Faraz Kamalvand and in a short time, Firooz Karimi replaced this coach.” After 3-4 weeks, Soldo became the head coach of this team. This indicates the turmoil of the team, which confuses the player. How many thoughts can a player start and end the season with? These are the reasons for the technical crisis of this team. Al-Haq Wal-Ansaf is a good situation and the entrenched team of Traktor and its enthusiastic and cheerful fans, who once filled the entire capacity of the Yadegar Imam Stadium in Tabriz, are not in such a situation. Of course, some of the new and young players of this team still did not understand what the management of Traktor Club wants. We do not see good days for this team and its fans are not satisfied at all.

The former Traktor player said about Zunimir Soldo’s performance in this team: “I will take Soldo’s situation with Calderon as an example.” With the difference that the former coach of Persepolis took over the team that Branco had prepared the basis for. The Argentine coach also performed well and Golmohammadi defended Persepolis well after Calderon, but Soldo took over the Daghani team in terms of morale, technique and management. He must first repair these cases. Looking at the interviews of this coach, I also realize that due to his lack of knowledge about our country’s football and his lack of study, he does not understand the spirit and psyche of Iranian football players. Maybe if things do not change by the end of the season, things will work out for next year.

Referring to the situation of Persepolis, Barmak explained: Persepolis’s rival, Esteghlal, has started this season very well and has conceded only two goals in 12 games. Esteghlal is doing well due to this confident performance in the defensive line. On the other hand, some of the points that Persepolis lost at the beginning of the season caused concerns, but in the very first weeks, I said that the table will show itself from the tenth week, and the contenders will be determined from this week onwards. Fortunately, Persepolis also made up for that backwardness. The most important current problem of this team is managerial uncertainty. After the fifth week, I said that the players and staff of Persepolis only have to go to technical work.

He added: “Your predecessors are helping Persepolis indirectly with their speeches, and I am sure they will convey our words to Golmohammadi.” He is an intelligent coach and I have seen that in recent weeks he has changed his approach in interviews and such issues are mostly managed by Afshin Pirvani. At present, the minds and souls of the players and coaches of Persepolis have turned to technical issues. We saw the peak of this issue in the game with Sepahan. Where the Persepolis staff decided to use Farshad Faraji on the right side of the defense, and I enjoyed this great job.

The former Persepolis striker stated: Winning Sepahan in a city like Arak is not the job of every team, but Persepolis did it well. I hope that by repeating this successful process in the game with Traktor, the close distance between this team and Esteghlal will be maintained. I’m sure the winner of the return derby will have a stunning leap to the title. I hope Persepolis wins the match.
