According to Fars news agency, the Swiss international competitions will be held in Basel on the 19th and 20th of September, and with the decision of the Iranian men’s national karate team, Bahman Asgari, Sajjad Ganjzadeh and Mehdi Khodabakhshi, three members of the team will be sent to the games. Asian Hangzhou are present in these competitions.

In the 75-weight, Bahman Asgari will compete against Germany’s karateka in the first step, and if he wins, he will face the host country, there are 23 karatekas in this weight.

There are 20 people in the 84-weight table in Shazaiti, Mehdi Khodabakhshi is resting in the first step and then he will face his Italian opponent on the tatami.

Sajjad Ganjzadeh will face Algerian Karate Ka in the table of 16 people, weight 84+.

In the open table (free weight) of this competition, there are 47 karatekas, Sajjad Ganjzadeh will first face Turkish karateka on the tatami, and if he wins, he will face the French opponent.

If Mehdi Khodabakhshi wins against a representative of the host country in the free weight table, he will fight against Georgian Karate Ka in his second fight.

In this table, after resting in the first step, Bahman Asgari will face Azerbaijan Karate Ka.
