China’s stealth bomber, America’s nightmare

According to Fars News Agency International Group, in line with the arms race between China and the United States, there have been reports that China has built a bomber that has unusual capabilities that could endanger US interests and even American territory.

According to Sky News, reports have named the Chinese bomber “H20”, which is similar to the US B2Spirit‌ and B21 bombers.

The US-based National Interest website, which specializes in military and strategic affairs, wrote in an article on whether the United States should be concerned about the Chinese bomber.

The analytical base wrote in its report that the ability of the H20 to hide from radars is not yet known, and this is a matter of concern.

The H20’s range is on par with the US advanced B2 bomber, which means that China’s offensive capabilities could expose Guam, Hawaii and even the US mainland.

The British-based Royal United Center for Security and Defense Studies wrote about the Chinese bomber that the H20 is expected to be equipped with nuclear missiles and conventional missiles, which will be a major change in the capabilities of the Chinese Air Force.

The H20 is similar in appearance to the US B2 bomber, the report said. It is an American intercontinental ballistic missile capable of flying long distances.

Although China has made rapid advances in artificial intelligence and computers and has developed new weapons that are faster than the speed of sound, it has no history of evading radar systems like the ones the United States has built before.

It is possible that the H20’s external radar may resemble that of American bombers, but its internal technologies are at the heart of its advanced stealth, the analytical base wrote.

These technologies include lowering the temperature in these bombers so that the temperature is close to the ambient air temperature, making it impossible to navigate. On the other hand, the technology used in the engine of these bombers is such that it operates at a lower temperature than other fighters.

The Chinese military has previously announced plans to unveil its new aircraft in 2021. In the video released about the aircraft, the H20‌ is under cover and resembles the US B-2 stealth bombers. The announcement of this new bomber coincides with the tenth anniversary of the first flight of China’s J-20 stealth fighter.

Both the J-20 and the H-20 are made by China Aerospace Industries.

There are not many details about this Chinese bomber in terms of its dimensions, shape and composition. The number of H-20 bombers that China will produce will also be important to US weapons planners and expert assessments.

The United States reportedly plans to add at least 150 B-21‌ bombers to its air force.

Reports from Chinese institutions say the B-51 bomber has a nuclear platform and can fire long-range cruise missiles. The US B-21 bomber has a similar capability.
