Cooperative Development Bank succeeded in receiving two international standard certificates

According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of the Cooperative Development Bank, the complaint handling process of this bank is based on the standard requirements of the ISO 10002:2019 complaint handling team and the satisfaction process of the beneficiaries based on the requirements of the ISO 10004:2019 customer satisfaction management team standard. It was carried out by Arin Tuv Pasargad company (representative of Tuv Intercert, Germany) by reviewing and auditing the activities and processes of the General Department of Inspection and Complaints, the General Department of Customer Affairs and Market Development and Wasal Shirazi, Fatemi, Valiasr and Pasdaran branches in Tehran.

Based on this, compliance with the requirements of the international standards mentioned in the Cooperative Development Bank was confirmed for the second consecutive year.
