According to IRNA; Due to the widespread outbreak of the sixth wave of the corona virus and the reddening of the situation in Sistan and Baluchestan province and the city of Zahedan, the venue of the national boxing championship, these competitions were postponed.
This decision was taken at the request of the officials of Sistan and Baluchestan province, and the new date for holding the national boxing championship is to be announced soon.
Previously, the national boxing championship was scheduled to be held from the first to the fifth of March in the city of “Zahedan” in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
According to the technical staff, all boxers must go to the ring in the national championship to reach the national team.
