Negotiating with foreign countries to use technology for the National Housing Movement

Mahmoudzadeh added: “In the plan of the National Housing Movement on a larger scale, we have negotiated with Iranian and foreign industrial companies so that we can use their capacity to transfer new experience and technology so that projects can be built more quickly.”

Mahmoudzadeh also said about the amount of facilities for the construction of these units: The proposal of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for these facilities is different, so that the cost price should be different for each city and each floor, for example in metropolitan areas where many projects It is built high-rise, they should receive more facilities, and in other areas where the height of the building is lower, less facilities should be paid.

The pace of implementation of national housing has increased

He explained: the speed of implementation of national housing units has also increased and if the applicants pay their bills, the implementation of these units will be accelerated and facilitated.

In the end, Mahmoudzadeh stated: National housing applicants who have registered in these projects should wait for a text message to complete their documents if they are eligible.
