Establishment of a special working group to resolve trade problems between Iran and Russia



According to IRNA’s economic correspondent, “Mohammad Sadegh Mofteh” added at the Iran-Russia trade conference on Wednesday: “This special working group was formed with the presence of the directors of the Trade Development Organization and relevant ministries to regularly monitor various issues and take necessary measures to solve problems.” Bring them.

He stated that good political and economic relations between the two countries have a long history, adding that this issue can be seen in numerous meetings between officials of the two countries because Iran has rich resources, access to open waters, climate diversity, young labor and The educated have the capacity to become regional hubs and to invest and export to Middle Eastern countries.

Emphasizing that the imposition of unfair international sanctions against Iran has led to progress in industry and services, he said: “Accordingly, it has a good potential for exporting agricultural products, food, construction materials, automobiles, parts and other areas.” Given the existing capabilities, we welcome cooperation with Russia in all areas.

Mofteh stressed: in order to activate economic diplomacy and facilitate trade between the two countries, government departments should be removed to remove banking barriers and facilitate monetary exchanges, remove existing barriers in the transportation sector and equip it, facilitate customs regulations, eliminate or reduce export duties and establish Direct contact of chain stores to act.

He added: “During the recent visit of the Iranian trade delegation to Moscow in April, Iranian companies took the necessary measures and contacts in this regard.”
