According to the Fars News Agency’s urban correspondent, Davood Goodarzi, the head of the Tehran Municipality Inspection Organization, stated about the fight against corruption in the municipality: An anti-corruption working group has been formed. Corruption bottlenecks have been identified in the Tehran Municipality.

He added: “Good measures have been taken in recent years to reduce corruption, but unfortunately, despite this, the situation is not good and people still face corruption by referring to various sectors, including construction and waste.”

The head of the Tehran Municipal Inspection Organization continued in a TV program: “In order not to chant slogans and enter the operational process to fight corruption, we have formed a working group to fight corruption, and we have been meeting for about a month to get a relative understanding of what we are doing.” It can be achieved
