Execution of sidewalk paving on Zaribar Lake in Marivan after a 5-year break



According to the report of Aria Heritage, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kurdistan, Arman Watandoost stated about this on Thursday, December 23rd, 1400: ” “Another route is to be built around the lake as a continuation of the sidewalk, which will be completed if the necessary funding is provided.”

The Deputy Minister of Tourism and Investment of Kurdistan added: “The executive operation of this project has been carried out with a credit of 600 million Tomans from the national credit in this city.”

“The construction of this sidewalk was carried out in cooperation with the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kurdistan, the municipality and the Department of Environment of Marivan city,” he said.

“With the improvement, strengthening and development of the province’s tourism facilities and centers, the ground for the presence and prosperity of tourism in this region will be provided more than before,” Watandust said.

Kurdistan Tourism and Investment Deputy stated: “Marivan Zaribar Lake is one of the natural and tourist attractions of the province, which is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists every year, and in addition to trying to protect this unique attraction in order to develop the region’s infrastructure “Observe the principles and rules of the environment.”
