Fekri: We have a difficult task against Persepolis/we are thinking of improving the situation

According to Mehr reporter, Mahmoud Fekri said in a press conference before the meeting with Persepolis in the twelfth week of the Premier League: We have had good training and the players have good motivation for the meeting with Persepolis. Persepolis has good players and capable staff and I hope the audience will enjoy watching this game.

He continued: “Playing against big teams has always been difficult, and given that Persepolis has not achieved results in Asia and is behind the other championship contenders in the standings, it is looking for 3 points in the game against the fans.” Our work in this game will be difficult and I hope the players will be more focused in this match.

In response to a question that so far Persepolis has only managed to win against the fans once, Fekar said: I doubt that statistics can cause problems for the Persepolis team. Give breath so that the players can be on the field safely.

The head coach of the fans said regarding the judgment of Ashkan Sohri in this game: I have heard about Sohri that he is a fan of Persepolis, but this issue will be normal in the whole world if the officials are fans of the same team and there are people who are present in the country’s football team since childhood. They are fans of either Esteghlal or Persepolis. Considering the responsibility he has, I give him the right to be before or after the Persepolis game and even participate in their celebrations, but I expect a fair refereeing to judge the game. Persepolis is big enough and has strong technical staff and players to get the necessary points without refereeing.

He added: We are thinking of improving our team and we have not paid much attention to Persepolis’ process. Persepolis is a great team and we wish success to this team.
