Filing a legal case for unauthorized employment of a specialist dispatcher
In an exclusive interview with IRNA Economic Reporter on Thursday, Mahmoud Karimi-Biranvand said about the violations of foreign non-governmental employment agencies or unauthorized organizations: “Some employment agencies, by taking large sums of money, provide the basis for sending specialized labor to other countries.”
He added: “The specialized labor force, which is often needed by the country, is entered into other countries by these institutions, with hopes and aspirations, and in the wrong ways, and they wander there.”
The head of the Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship Development and Employment of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, noting that the licenses of foreign employment agencies are issued by this ministry, said: They come to the country with experience and expertise, while some employment agencies do not comply with this issue, and on the contrary, they provide the ground for the permanent migration and departure of specialized and quality personnel required by the country.
He continued: “With structural reforms and improving the work system and establishing a strong monitoring process on job search and their violations in this field, we will enter decisively.”
Karimi Biranvand stated that reports of violations have been received from a number of non-governmental employment agencies, and specified: They are moving fast and we will refer them to the judiciary if their violations need to be prosecuted.
The Acting Deputy Minister of Employment and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare called on the people not to trust such institutions as well as unauthorized centers in the field of deployment and not to give their capital to them.
