Financing of low interest loans from the Housing Fund
According to Tejarat News, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced the preparation of the housing financing package for the income deciles and said: A part of the loan share of the lower deciles will be paid from the property of the Housing Fund.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development continued: Now we have 500,000 housing units under construction for the members of the Relief and Welfare Committee, which are included in today’s resolution of the Supreme Housing Council, and the units will be delivered to them by next year. Decisions will be made for other lower deciles in the next meeting.
Ghasemi added: It was decided that the ministries should also provide housing for their employees in the form of the national housing movement.
Referring to the plans of the Ministry of Roads in line with the start of the National Housing Movement, he emphasized: 1,500,000 residential units are being built in the whole country, and land has been allocated for 1,900,000 residential units and the construction of these Units have started.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: Within a short period of time, with the help of various agencies and ministries, land will be allocated for 3.2 million residential units in the National Housing Movement Plan.
Ghasemi also stated that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has handed over the land needed for the construction of some residential units and these units are being built, and said that the governorates should provide the land needed by the applicants for construction after the necessary investigations.
He continued: In every province where the land is provided to the people, a house must be built within a year and a half after that, and also the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has a plan to use the methods of “gradual construction”, “group construction” and ” “Construction by handing over to the governorates” to speed up the construction process in the country.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development added: According to the agreement with the Housing Foundation, 600,000 residential units will be delivered to the people by this organization.
