Abbaszadeh, noting that part of this technical knowledge will be unveiled and exploited this year, said: “The Minister of Oil visited the company at the end of last year and visited the capabilities of the company and according to the promise made by researchers until the end of the government.” We will localize all petrochemical catalysts.

He continued: “Another department has been activated in the headquarters of the Petrochemical Industries Company under the name of developing knowledge-based businesses in order to activate knowledge-based companies.”

The Director of Planning and Development of the National Petrochemical Company stated: In petrochemical companies, we identify the needs and according to these needs, we connect knowledge-based companies to petrochemical complexes.

According to Abbaszadeh, the National Petrochemical Company has entered the construction of some equipment for the first time.

He continued: Now 30% of the installed capacity of the Middle East and 3% of the production of world products is in Iran.

The official said that the current capacity of the country’s petrochemicals is 90 million tons, adding: “By the end of the eighth development plan, the capacity of the petrochemical industry will double.”

Emphasizing that in 1400, about 48 million tons of feed equivalent to one million barrels of crude oil per day were received from upstream of the oil industry, he said: 65 million tons of products were produced, of which 35 million tons of final products are estimated, of which 10 million tons of domestic sales and 25 million tons have been exported.

Abbaszadeh added: in the field of export of petrochemical complexes, all foreign exchange returns to the country.

According to him, last year there was an eight billion dollar commitment to supply Nima system to petrochemicals, but $ 12 billion was offered to Nima by petrochemical companies.

He noted that the performance of all holdings in the currency debate has been appropriate.

The director of planning and development of the National Petrochemical Company said that 80% of the petrochemical capacity is related to holdings and said: for every one million tons of food supply, 170,000 people will be employed.

He added that complementary industries receive five million tons of feed annually.

Abbaszadeh pointed out that the growth trend in refining processes will be less than one percent for the next 20 years, adding: “But in petrochemicals, there will be up to 6 percent annual growth.”

“We have a strategic plan for the next 10 years, and in the seventh development plan, 68 projects with an investment of $ 35 billion and a capacity of 50 million tons will be implemented,” he said.

Abbaszadeh announced the progress of these 68 projects as an average of 30% and said: 9 billion dollars have been spent so far and the rest of the investment is also known.

He emphasized: in the eighth plan, we have 37 projects that need $ 40 billion investment and 58 million tons will be added to the petrochemical capacity.

The director of planning and development of the National Petrochemical Company said: by 1411, the petrochemical capacity will reach 200 million tons.

He continued: By the end of the seventh plan, four million tons of methanol produced in the country with my plans. T. The foundation is absorbed inside and this number reaches 14 million tons by the end of the eighth plan, which is a real example of completing the value chain. We will also have a variety of products in development programs and 20 new products will be produced by the end of the seventh program.

He said: “This year, petrochemical feed will be increased and five million tons will be added to capacity and production will reach 80 million tons.”

Abbaszadeh, referring to the 15 million ton increase in petrochemical production, continued: “This year, the total revenue of the petrochemical industry will increase from 23 billion to 27 billion.”
