According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the Anatolian news agency, “Maria Adebahr”, the spokesperson of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Monday, without mentioning the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the UN Security Council in 2018 and the continuation of European passivity regarding its commitments to the UN Security Council. He expressed hope that Iran would return to the Vienna summit very soon.

“This is a positive first step,” a German foreign ministry spokesman told a weekly news conference on the recent agreement between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency. However, we also expect the International Atomic Energy Agency to be able to quickly deploy cameras in Iran’s damaged nuclear facilities in accordance with the agreement and replace their binocular memory cards.

He added: “We hope to return to the negotiating table in Vienna soon. It would make a lot of sense right now.

According to Mehr News Agency, Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, in a press conference held after today’s meeting of the Board of Governors; Next week, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Mohammad Eslami, announced a visit to Vienna.

Grossi also stressed that he himself will return to Iran very soon, but no decision has yet been made on the exact time of the trip.

Regarding the trip to Iran and the focus of talks with Iranian officials, he told Bloomberg: “I did not seek promises from the Iranian side during my visit to Tehran, but I stressed the need to continue talks between Iran and the IAEA.” I told Iran that we should check the surveillance cameras at the nuclear facility in order to keep the information accurate. We need frank talks with the new Iranian government. Iran’s new government has firm views on Tehran’s nuclear program.
