Gharibabadi mission in Vienna is coming to an end


According to Fars News Agency’s Foreign Policy Group, Kazem Gharibabadi, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to International Organizations in Vienna and also Iran’s Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency tweeted tonight (Thursday) referring to his farewell meetings at the end of his mission in Vienna. : My mission in Vienna will end on October 25 (October 26) to take up new responsibilities in Tehran.

He added: “Our policy is based on active participation in international organizations, including with the aim of securing Iran’s national interests.”

According to Fars, “Kazem Gharibabadi” has been in charge of this position since 1397. Gharibabadi has previously served in various positions, including Deputy Chief of Staff for International Affairs at the Judiciary Human Rights Headquarters and Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Netherlands and Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
