He added: a special monitoring working group will be formed to address the demands of firefighters. Issues such as hard work, staff housing, etc., especially the study of abandonment in the field of welfare and human resource development will be a priority.
I have to say; Lack of manpower and non-fulfillment of firefighters’ demands have not received much attention in recent years, and the fire department currently has 5,253 operational personnel, while the number of personnel should be more than 6,000.
