Hafez Insurance sits in the assembly

According to the financial monetary news, quoting public relations, Hafez Insurance Company informs all shareholders that due to the non-fulfillment of the required quorum of those present in the first round of the extraordinary general assembly to hold a meeting, the second round of this assembly on Sunday, 1400 / 12/15 will be held at 10:00 AM at the company’s liaison office at No. 26, 29th Khaled Eslambouli (Ministers) St., Tehran. All esteemed shareholders of Hafez Insurance Company (Public Joint Stock Company), representative, lawyer or legal representative of the shareholder are invited to attend the above-mentioned meeting, which will be held with the following agenda:

1- Election of board members

2- Other matters that are within the competence of the said assembly.

Informs that in order to electronically cover the assembly and prevent the consequences of public gatherings related to the spread of the corona virus, it is possible to view the assembly events online and live through the company’s information base at www.hafezinsurance.ir.

In addition, shareholders who intend to attend the company’s general meeting are requested to be sure of having the original national card or legal power of attorney for natural persons, the original valid letter of introduction and the original national representative card for legal entities to receive the entry ticket and voting rights. Attend the venue at least half an hour before the start of the meeting.
