Hamas: We are ready to defend all prisoners

According to Fars News Agency’s International Group, “Zaher Jabarin”, a member of the political bureau and in charge of the captives’ case in the Hamas movement, emphasized that the captive movement manages the battle with the prison administration of the occupying regime alone.

According to the Palestinian Prisoners of War and Freedoms Committee, 4,850 Palestinians, including 225 children and 41 women, are being held captive by the Zionist regime, 540 of whom are in administrative detention. Hamas, on the other hand, has captured four Israelis since the summer of 2014, two of whom are militants who took part in the war and two others who entered Gaza illegally.
