Implementation of 2 tourism projects in Ashuradeh


According to Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of Golestan, Rahman Farmani on Monday, December 11, 1400, on the sidelines of a visit to Ashuradeh Island in Bandar-e-Turkmen, said in an interview with Golestan Broadcasting News Agency: “It is unique in the environment and tourism of the northern region of the country.”

The head of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Golestan added: “Ashuradeh Island, with its fishing, sturgeon, bird watching, plant and animal species, is of interest to tourists and as a coastal tourism can be a driving force for the development of tourism in the province.”

“The capacity of the Turkmen people, as well as the ethnic diversity of the Turkmen port city on the outskirts of Ashuradeh Island and the attractions that exist, can be unique opportunities for tourism in Golestan province,” he noted.

Noting that two tourism projects have been developed for Ashuradeh Island, Farmani said: “And equestrianism is the center of visitors and… is anticipated.”
He added: “In the second plan, which has been developed in 18 hectares, the conditions on the island will be maintained with the same ecosystem so that tourists can benefit from it. “On the beach, it is planned to implement the heavy structures required for the presence of tourists, such as accommodation units and leisure and entertainment centers.”

The head of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Golestan said: “Several agencies are involved in the development and implementation of the tourism project of Ashuradeh Island and have cooperation and interaction. “It pursues and pursues its legal capacity.”

Babian reminded that the city of Bandar-e-Turkmen was one of the most visited cities for tourists and travelers in the province before the outbreak of Corona: “Create a good capacity to receive tourists.”

This historical-cultural work with the longevity of the early Qajar period was registered in the list of national works on February 1, 2004 with the number 11308.
