Exploitation of 395 industrial projects and 390 development projects in towns and industrial areas of the country

He further referred to the industrial plans and infrastructure projects of the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran in the Mubarak Fajr decade and added: These days, 395 industrial projects in the field of various industrial and production activities are exploited in the towns and industrial areas of the country.

Rasoulian stated: These projects will be in the fields of water supply, electricity supply, sewage treatment, landscaping, repair of roads, gas supply, fire department, telecommunications, etc.

According to him, there are now 832 active towns and industrial zones in the country, including 506 towns, 326 districts and four special economic zones, and this year 6,248 billion tomans have been spent to provide their infrastructure.

The Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade reminded: 48,535 industrial and production units in the towns and industrial areas are in operation and operation, of which 42% are micro units (less than 10 employees), 51% are small units (between five and 10 Employees), comprise five percent of medium units (50 to 100 employees) and 2 percent of units above 100 employees.

Rasoulian stated: A total of 10,415 MW of electricity has been provided in towns and industrial areas and the electricity deficit is 2,372 MW.

He added: “For this year, we have partnered with the Ministry of Energy to provide more than 2,500 megawatts of electricity in towns and industrial areas, and we have the development of small-scale power plants and solar power plants on the agenda.”

Referring to his promise last year to create one thousand workshops in towns and industrial areas to strengthen small businesses, he said: “To date, 791 units of them have been completed and we have another 209 units under construction.”

Addition of seven thousand hectares to the area of ​​towns and industrial areas of the country

Referring to the existing demands to increase the size of industrial estates, the Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade said: “Since the beginning of this year, 7,000 hectares have been added to the area of ​​industrial estates and areas of the country.”

Rasoulian, referring to the follow-up of people who had received land from the complex in previous years but their units had not been put into operation, said: 9% of these units in the stage of installing machines, 4% in the stage of creating production halls, 7% They are in the stage of installing the skeleton and the rest are in the stages of walling, allocating land, and so on. He also clarified on the issue of combating land speculation and brokerage in towns and industrial areas: since the beginning of this year, 880 contracts with an area of ​​778 hectares have been withdrawn by the parties who have not carried out any industrial and production activities on their land and have been stagnant. شد.

The Chairman and CEO of the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran said: “This year, the number of stagnant units located in the towns and industrial areas of the country is decreasing, so that in comparison with last year, the number of inactive units has decreased by 18%.

Rasoulian added: “The latest monitoring in this area indicates that 12,067 units are inside and outside the settlements and industrial areas are stagnant, of which 6,814 units are located inside the settlements.”

He added: “Out of the mentioned units, 62% of them can be restarted, 57% of them have announced their readiness to restart and 50% of them need accurate diagnostics.”

The Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade continued: 209 problems in 20 headings have been identified as challenges for stagnant industrial and production units in the country.

Rasoulian pointed out: “Since the beginning of this year, 1,717 stagnant industrial units have returned to the production cycle, of which 1,500 have been since the beginning of the 13th government.”

He pointed out that there are currently 6 technology towns and 38 technology and business service centers operating in the country, adding that support for knowledge-based companies is on the agenda, as emphasized by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, with a 10% discount on land transfers. They are given priority for exploitation as well as the transfer of land to them.
