Intel unveiled the NUC P14E modular laptop with impressive specifications


It’s been a while since Intel made the NUC series laptops, and the chip giant has already launched the NUC M15, which is one of the best examples in its class. Intel has used aluminum for the body of this device, which naturally makes it feel like a high-end device. The display of this laptop is one of its strengths where a 13.9-inch 2K panel with a 3: 2 aspect ratio is used. The power required for this laptop is supplied by a 77 watt hour battery. For ports and connections, Intel has more ports for connecting peripherals than for most regular laptops, and for the NUC P14E.

The Intel NUC P14E laptop is part of an NUC 11 processor that includes several different processors with different capabilities, from the Celeron 6305 to the Core i7-1185G7. This laptop has the ability to be equipped with a maximum of 16 GB of RAM on the same processing unit. The NUC P14E is also capable of supporting Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity technologies. Intel has announced that this product will be compatible with the next generation Intel NUC Compute, which will eliminate possible shortcomings in the current model in the future.

The device’s 2K display supports touch commands and has a very narrow bezel with a maximum brightness of 400 nits.

The Intel NUC P14E laptop is also equipped with an M.2 2242/2280 slot, which is used to install PCIe x4 Gen4 NVMe SSD drives. Other connectivity features include two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A and RJ45 ports, a Thunderbolt 4 port, an HDMI 2.0b port, and a DisplayPort 1.4a port. Intel has managed to increase the weight of this laptop to 1.5 kg, while it is equipped with a 77 watt hour battery.
