Iran Geo International Exhibition opened
According to IRNA political correspondent, at the opening ceremony of the large and international Iran Geo exhibition, which is the first exhibition of spatial information in the Middle East, Brigadier General “Seyed Mehdi Farahi” Deputy Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support, Brigadier General “Majid Fakhri” The Geographical Organization of the Armed Forces and the Chairman of the Policy Council of the First International Exhibition of Iran Geo and Saruna Sattari, Vice President for Science and Technology and other related bodies were present.
In this exhibition, for the first time, several new knowledge-based achievements, including seabed hydrographic equipment, physical parameters of water and sea currents, various measuring sensors, space affairs technologies and remote sensing, satellite images, مرتبط equipment related to geodesy And geophysics is presented and introduced.
Also in this exhibition, which has been set up with the slogan “Iranian engineering towards tomorrows”, various engineering equipment and technical services such as sensors and surveying cameras, lasers, planes and photogrammetric drones, various tracking systems, software and hardware of the field Data processing and positioning of minerals and spatial information services and related industries and equipment are provided and exposed to the audience.
This is an important event in which various organizations and institutions, including the Vice President for Science and Technology, the Ministries of Jihad Agriculture, Interior, Energy, Silence, Science, Passive Defense, National Mapping Organization, Meteorological Organization and the Union of Associations Geographical sciences of Iran are present and participating, the first national data conference and spatial information sciences will be held.
This exhibition aims to improve the level of technology and develop businesses in the field of geomatics and geoinformatics of the Islamic Republic of Iran both in the country and in the development of exports of technical and engineering services using synergy and using the maximum available inter-sectoral capacity.
The first large and international exhibition of Iran Geo is hosted by the enthusiasts every day from 8 to 15 in the Persian Gulf Hall, the permanent location of Tehran International Exhibitions, until the 3rd of Bahman.
