Iran Khodro CEO’s monitoring visit of Nowruz relief

Company News; Ecopress– In this visit, the CEO of Iran Khodro Industrial Group, while appreciating the efforts of rescuers and employees of Iran Khodro Relief Company, emphasized on providing round-the-clock services to customers with the desired quality.

Mehdi Khatibi emphasized on providing services to the owners of products of other automakers based on social responsibilities and said: in order to provide more appropriate and quality services to compatriots, the necessary coordination should be done with other institutions and organizations.

During this visit, the CEO of Iran Auto Relief presented a report on the relief process and equipping fixed and mobile relief bases with the main parts of Isaco and up-to-date equipment and tools in the country to provide customer service by a trained and specialized fleet.

Seyyed Abbas Mir Hosseini said: “Iran Khodro Emdad has provided the possibility of providing public services such as punctures and spare parts replacement, auxiliary batteries and car transfers and refueling for Iran Khodro and other automakers’ products.”

He announced the provision of more than 53,000 relief services until the 8th of Farvardin and said: “This number has increased by 50% compared to the same period last year and by 18% compared to before the corona epidemic, due to the increase in Nowruz trips this year.”

Mir Hosseini said: “Based on the feedback received from customers, the satisfaction of more than 95% of aid workers has been achieved.”

He said: “According to the agreements made, it is possible to provide services to the products of the management companies of Khodro, Bahman and Kerman Motor.”

Isaco, in cooperation with Iran Relief Company, will start the Nowruz service plan with the presence of 3 on-call agencies and 2 fixed and mobile shift crews from March 26 and will run throughout the country until April 25.
