According to Fars news agency, Jalal Ghafari Qadir was appointed as the secretary of the 17th International Resistance Film Festival by order of Seyyed Mohammad Naderi, head of the Fatah Narration Cultural Foundation.

Jalal Ghafari Qadir is appointed as the secretary of the 17th edition of the International Resistance Film Festival, while previously Mohammad Khazaei, the late Habibullah Kasesaz, Mohammad Reza Sharafuddin, Hossein Vakhshuri and Ramin Ahmadi each served two periods as the periodic secretary of the Resistance Film Festival.
Jalal Ghafari Qadir, born in 1989, has a doctorate in media management from Tehran University. From his records, we can mention: management of Sima’s Horizon network, deputy adviser of Sima, management of Arbain Sima’s headquarters, and head of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Sciences of Imam Hossein University (AS). Currently, he is a member of the academic staff of the university, a media lecturer in the country’s universities, a member of the trade union council of cinema producers, a member of the script council of the Holy Defense Cinema Association and a member of the Supreme Council of National Media Provinces. Among his other artistic and media records are judges of Ammar People’s Film Festival, Phoenix Film Festival, Revolution Cinema and National Press Festival.
