Japan wins the World Karate Championships



According to IRNA; The record of the World Adult Karate Championship in the UAE ended with the holding of the kata final and the men’s and women’s team committee.

On the last day of the competition, in the final of the Japanese men’s and women’s team kata, he crossed the Spanish barrier and won gold medals.

In the final, the Italian men’s team committee overcame the Egyptian barrier with a result of 3: 0 and won the world championship title. Previously, the Iranian team had won the World Team Committee title for three consecutive seasons.

This year, the Iranian national karate team could not participate in the world championship due to the positive coronation test of a number of national team members.

In the final of the women’s committee, the Egyptian team was able to cross the French barrier with a result of 2 to 1 and become the champion.

In total, the Japanese won four gold, one silver and two bronze medals.

Egypt finished runners-up with three gold, two silver and three bronze medals, while Spain finished third with two gold and three silver medals.

84-kg weight category: Youssef Badawi of Egypt came first, Fabian Huaikouman of Chile second, Utah Murray of Japan and Jesse Dacosta of France third.

84+ kg weight category: Gogita Arkan from Georgia came first, Simone Marino from Italy second, Asiman Ghorbanli from Azerbaijan and Angelo Koisovich from Croatia came third.

55kg Committee: Ahlam Youssef of Egypt came first, Trinity Allen of the United States second, Chernyshova of Russia and Garnova of Bulgaria third.

61kg Committee: Joanna Perkovic of Serbia came first, Anita Serugina of Ukraine second, Grande of Peru and Linen Sinel of the Netherlands third.

68-kg weight category: Irina Zartska of Azerbaijan came first, Sylvia Semraro of Italy came second, Elizie Aguirre of France and Melinkov of Ukraine came third.

Committee weight 68+ kg: Maria Torres from Spain first, Okila Shaban from Egypt second, Brutisova from Kazakhstan and Lisjak from Croatia third.
