During his visit to the Investigative Branches of the Government Employees’ Court, the Head of the Judiciary inquired about the reasons for the difference in the balance of cases in some branches compared to other branches, and warned the relevant officials about the stagnation of cases and their non-timely referral to investigative branches. While warning the officials of the government employees’ court from keeping and not referring unjustified and unreasonable cases, he considered this as a manifestation of corruption.

In this regard, during the visit, when the head of the judiciary found out that there is an imbalance in referring cases to different branches of government employees, he reminded the Tehran prosecutor and instructed if the procedure for referring cases to branches of government employees’s courts be reformed within another month. Do not take appropriate action against the relevant person in charge of this department.

Another recommendation and emphasis of the head of the judiciary to the officials of the Government Employees’ Prosecutor’s Office, especially the Tehran Prosecutor, was to prevent any disruption in the process of processing large cases by moving cases from one judicial branch to another.

The head of the judiciary also attended a public meeting in the Tehran Prosecutor’s Office, which hosts about 100 clients on Wednesdays, as part of his visit today. The special form engaged in dialogue and in this regard issued appropriate orders in order to expedite the proceedings.

During a face-to-face conversation with those who visited the public meeting hall, the Chief Justice stressed to the relevant officials, including the Tehran Prosecutor, that they should pay special attention to following the orders issued during the public meetings of judicial officials.

Also, during today’s field visit of the head of the judiciary to the Government Employees’ Court, as in other visits of the head of the judiciary to judicial authorities and centers, public letters were collected to arrange for action and investigation.
