Judiciary »The head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces met with the Minister of Defense

According to the Public Relations of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Amir Hatami ‌ together with the Deputy Minister of Legal Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs, the Head of the Information Protection Organization of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support and the Head of the Social Security Organization of the Armed Forces met with Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Bahrami ‌ کرد.

In this meeting, which was also attended by Dr. Ebrahim Mehranfar, Deputy Director of Management and Resources Development, and Mohammad Jafar Shahbazi, Director General of the Department of Public Relations, Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces, the Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support presented a plaque to The country’s armed forces praised the Ministry of Defense for protecting its legal rights and interests and for effectively combating crimes committed.

The letter reads: “Legal and judicial jihad is not possible, and the handling of cases referred to that organization shows this commendable process.”

The Minister of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces has continued: “I have been working tirelessly to accept the cases raised in that organization, and I would like to express my full gratitude.”

Amir Hatami also presented two plaques to the efforts of Hojjatoleslam Abbas Ali Frati, head of the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces of Tehran Province, and Dr. Gholamabbas Torki, Military Prosecutor of Tehran Province, in effectively confronting some crimes and continuously handling cases.

The Legal Director General of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support also attended the meeting.
