According to the public relations of the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces, the Legal Deputy of the IRGC Land Forces met with the head of the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces.

Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Ahmad Reza Pourkhaqan in this meeting, referring to the importance of crime prevention in Islam, referred to the instructions of Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi among the directors of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces in this regard and added: Presented so that crime does not occur in society so that work can be punished.

He added: “The will of the ulema, especially the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, is that no crime should take place, and Article 156 of the Constitution emphasizes the prevention of crime.”

The head of the Judiciary of the Armed Forces welcomed the words of the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, which is the right of the people in order to defend the rights of the IRGC and our treasury, and stated: Amir al-mu’minin (AS) says that if they give me the whole world to deliberately take a barley shell from the mouth of an ant, I will not do it.

He added: “In a government headed by the Supreme Leader, everyone should behave like this.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Ahmad Reza Pourkhaqan further stated that in maintaining the sanctity and authority of the Armed Forces, the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces is a powerful arm to exercise management and command, clarified: handling cases is to maintain and strengthen the command; The commander can act authoritatively when there is a crime in his unit that is a mysterious force to deal with with force.

He added: “It is the Supreme Leader’s emphasis that the Judiciary of the Armed Forces deal with crimes with authority and wisdom.”

This high judicial official welcomed the action of the Legal Deputy of the IRGC Land Forces in informing and publishing the legal publication and critique of votes, and considered it a step towards preventing the occurrence of crime.

Sardar Akbar Zarghami, the IRGC Land Forces Legal Deputy, also said in the meeting: “Good measures have been taken to discuss informing the IRGC with the publication of the legal publication” Judge “and almost all crimes of the Armed Forces have been analyzed and opinions have been presented.”

Referring to the good reception of the publication of this publication, he said: “This work has been selected as one of the selected works by the Office of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and the topics considered by the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces can also be published.”

Sardar Zarghami, referring to the close relationship between the two groups, called for strengthening these interactions.
