Rezaei stated motivation, ability, efficiency, perseverance and innovation in the current economic world as the main criteria for the success of individuals: Today, the era of the views of the separation of men and women in the world of economic activity is over.

Referring to the activities of his mining complex and the idea of ​​carrying out activities in which women are less present, he reminded: half of the employees of this complex are women, while before the revival and reactivation of these mines, they were closed and semi-closed. Domestic quarrying plants and exporters were reluctant to export such quarries and never imagined that such quarries could one day be introduced into the world construction industry.

This entrepreneur stated: with the revival and activation of these mines, in addition to creating jobs for 500 natives and residents of the surrounding villages, decorative stones with the same name of the same regions of Iran have been exported to different countries of the world, while activists in this field , Were not willing to work in such mines and most of them sought to export the best and most luxurious stones.

He said that the stones of these mines are in great need of marketing and marketing and said: “Brand’s stones do not need marketing and usually, customers easily find the suppliers of these stones, but in the conditions of imposing arrogant global arrogance sanctions against Iran, the stones of these mines Specialized in marketing, marketing and was introduced in the global arena.

Rezaei stressed the need for women to have a new and creative perspective: In this set of work, new marketing and retrieval activities in the field of building stone have been used, which is unique in the field of this industry.

Referring to his activities in the field of stone export, he added: “These products are exported to countries such as China, India, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Brazil and Romania.”

Rezaei stated the advantage of entrepreneurship in its business complexes: In this area, significant direct and indirect employment is created with the least amount of investment.

He reminded: so far, 30 people have been employed and about 500 people have been employed in stone quarries.

The entrepreneur and exporter active in the field of decorative stones stated: ‌ So far, I have not used any government facilities in the field of economic activity and entrepreneurship and I have not needed to receive such facilities.

He said: “From the beginning of this collection, I believed that employment, entrepreneurship and successful, sustainable and continuous exports in today’s world, more than new capital, new ideas, creativity and accurate and scientific identification of needs and potentials of the target market are needed.”

Rezaei stated that creativity and innovation are the main factors for the success of her collection and its development: Women can be more successful in economic activities due to their high accuracy, good concentration and patience.

He added: “The problems of economic and entrepreneurial activities are not much different for men and women, and both groups face different problems in the process of their activities, but of course most of the problems and solutions are the same.”

“For sustainable and successful entrepreneurship and economic activity, problems should never be viewed as problems, but any threat should be turned into an opportunity as soon as possible through calculated planning to accelerate the success of the collection,” she said. Rezaei stated: “An important problem that exists especially in the process of export activity is the normal view of the executive apparatus towards idea-based, creative and innovative collections compared to other classes.”

He reminded: Entrepreneurial and economic activists in idea-based, creative and innovative collections, especially women in this field, intend to eliminate deprivation in different parts of the country, to revive production units and closed, semi-closed and even abandoned mines such as mines and export. Referring to his efforts to activate and revive five decorative stone mines in the country, he said: “In the customs valuation system and based on the H. tariff. اس. code. (HS CODE), such stones are considered equal to high quality samples, branded and have export standards, and the customs tariff for these two goods with the same dollar value is considered.

The exporter of decorative stones emphasized: with this measure, it is not possible to set the brand and goods with export standards with the same tariff as the declaration for goods with dollar value and much lower prices than quality goods.

He added: “For example, for goods worth $ 30 to $ 40 per ton, $ 70 should not be returned to the comprehensive foreign exchange trading system based on customs tariffs.”

Rezaei added: “Also, the Tax Affairs Organization calculates the corporate tax based on such tariffs, and this is while I, as an entrepreneur with the concern of eliminating deprivation, have exported stones that none of the local manufacturers were willing to cut, but In terms of size, design and quality, I was able to break the boundaries of the current standards of export stones and offer such goods to the world as an attractive part of the nature of Fars and Yazd provinces.

He noted: “However, such a stone does not have the same dollar value as quality stones, branded and have export standards, and this unprincipled and unprofessional valuation is problematic in all areas.”

The entrepreneur said: “Paying customs duties, returning foreign currency that was not received and paying income tax that is not based on the fact of selling the collection, are among the most important problems of entrepreneurs, especially women active in the field of economics.”

Referring to the beginning of the 13th government with a focus on justice, work and dignity, he said: “In order to encourage entrepreneurs to enter the areas of deprivation and prosperity of closed mines along with creating export and currency opportunities, the new government is expected to think of necessary measures to eliminate such Difficulties, practical actions and expertise to do.

Rezaei emphasized: Forming and activating expert groups and reviewing the valuation of export goods is a suitable solution to solve the problems of activists in various fields of entrepreneurship and economics, especially women in this sector.
