The capital’s police chief stated: “We try to teach the clients of this job center and get in touch with their families. Most of the families of these recovered addicts have either rejected them or are unaware of them. Criticizing the rehabilitation process and the measures taken in many rehabilitation centers, the Tehran Police Chief said: “These measures should be corrected and they should not be upset by these statements.”

He asked the factory owners and owners of industrial centers to build their sheds and production line in Mehr Soroush Center in order to provide employment opportunities for the clients of this center.

The head of the capital’s police pointed to the police actions in the field of keeping and rehabilitating drug addicts in Mehr Soroush center and specified: these actions are taking place while the police have no duty in this regard and organizations such as welfare, municipality and other agencies should intervene.

Sardar Rahimi, pointing out that a complete and guiding plan for setting up a 10,000-person health town in the center of Mehr Soroush has been presented, said: “After three months from the time of their detoxification, drug addicts must work, so they must work in different departments.” Make the necessary predictions so that people involved in addiction can slowly return to society, work and life.
