Memorandum of Cooperation between the Judo Federations of Iran and Turkey



IRNA report; “Arash Mirasmaili”, the president of our country’s Judo Federation, left for Turkey on Wednesday at the official invitation of “Cesar Huys”, the president of the Turkish Judo Federation.

In this morning’s meeting (Thursday), Mirasmaili met with his Turkish counterpart at the Judo Federation of Turkey, and finally a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Judo Federation of Iran and Turkey.

At this meeting, it was decided that a joint training camp of the national teams of the two countries will be held soon. Upgrading the technical level of the coaches of the two countries was one of the agreements signed in this memorandum. At the end of the 3-hour meeting, Mirasmaili, President of our Judo Federation, visited different parts of the Turkish Judo Federation.

He also visited the country’s judo infrastructure, such as the construction site of the new Judo Academy, the national team camp, the gym and judo.
