Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, referring to the decrease in the interest rate of housing facilities, said: With the approval of the Supreme Housing Council, the interest rate of the facilities decreased from 23% to 18%.

He announced the staggered payment of the National Housing Loan installments and said: Despite the decrease in the interest rate, we are pursuing the staggered installments of the National Housing Movement facility, so that the installments will be less in the first years and more in the final years.
