Nekounam does not attend the press conference / Steel Club protests against changing the playing time with Esteghlal

Seyed Mohammad Alavi, in an interview with a sports reporter of Fars News Agency, regarding the reasons for the protest of the Steel Club against the change of the playing time with Esteghlal, stated: We were told that the game is at 5:00 PM, but they changed it suddenly. We took the return flight to Ahvaz for 9 pm and how should we return to Ahvaz when the game time has changed?

He added: “If we do not fly, we have to stay in Tehran for one night, get accommodation and think about our team’s training ground tomorrow.” These are all problems that we have in front of us. Currently, we protested in writing to change the time of the protest to see what the league organization’s opinion is.

The head of the football team, stating that his team will leave for Tehran tomorrow evening, said: Javad Nekounam will not attend the pre-match press conference due to our flight time.

Regarding his team’s absence in tomorrow’s game, Alavi said: Ayub Wali will not be present in this match due to injury.
