The current family capital is 20,000 billion tomans, and the number of shares that can be issued is 200 billion shares. The percentage of capital increase requested by this company has been 100%.

The amount of capital increase is 20,000 billion tomans and the subject of capital increase is to provide part of the resources needed to complete the company’s development plans and reform the financial structure. This capital is to be done from the place of financing the capital increase.

By holding two national copper assemblies, while the board of directors agreed to increase the family capital by 100% from the accumulated profit, it was approved to make this company one of the largest companies in terms of nominal capital.
