Payment of dividends for the year 1401 of Bank Karabehan

According to the financial news report quoting from the public relations of the Bank Karebaran, the Bank Karebaran announced in an announcement: In order to comply with the provisions of Article 12 of the executive directive on the disclosure of information of companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Organization and referring to the notification number 122/101573 dated 01/15/1401 based on the payment of dividends through the Comprehensive Customer Information System (SJAM), the dividend payment schedule for the shareholders of Bank Karbaran (public company) for the financial year ending on March 29, 1401 is hereby announced as follows:

1- Real shareholders, portfolio managers and investment funds: The approved dividends of real shareholders, portfolio managers and investment funds will be paid on 05/11/1402 through the account number announced in the Sejam system.

2- Legal shareholders: Dividends approved by legal shareholders on 05/31/1402 will be paid through the account number announced in the Sejam system.

3- The dividends of the shareholders who have not registered in the Sejam system will be deposited into the introduced accounts from 07/03/1402.
