The announcement of the Supervisors of Publishers of the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization states: In order to facilitate the shareholding affairs and in order to fully comply with the laws and regulations, including Article 240 of the bill amending part of the Commercial Code, the organization provides the necessary infrastructure Before shareholders have acted.

According to the announcement, the Central Securities Depository Company and the settlement of funds (Samat) through companies and the use of shareholder information will enable the payment of shareholders’ claims from previous years from May 4, this year, coinciding with Eid al-Fitr.

This amount includes all profits related to the meetings of companies in which the shareholders have participated, but for whatever reason have not been able to receive it. Accordingly, shareholders must wait to receive their deposited profits.
