According to him, it is necessary to form a “product development committee” to study and analyze the market along with financial engineering, to obtain customer needs and to design the appropriate product and service in the bank.
Farzin called having capable human resources, extensive financial resources and extensive service network as the main advantages of this bank and stressed the need to use these resources properly, noting that the existing imbalances and imbalances should be provided by providing scientific solutions and efforts.
